Well, can you believe it - it's done - finally and I'm chuffed with it too. I've spent quite a bit of time already enjoying the space outside my back door, with multiple cups of tea :-D I have a feeling that we will spend a lot of time here - breakfast on the deck, Sudoku on the deck, afternoon tea on the deck...........
Of course the rest of the garden still needs a little work! We need a skip next to dispose of the foundations of the old steps - and they were considerable foundations at that.
But we're all agreed that it's a welcome addition to our living space.
